Imp Barrel

A buddy of mine just reciently purchased an Impulse from a online store. when he got it and put it together he noticed that it had a freak barrel with a .693 insert. he wasnt complaining or anything but i just wanted to know when SP started putting freaks with their impulse insead of Progressive barrels.

He probably bought a freak factory imp, or another Private Label one.

And yeah, I definitely wouldn't complain since a freak is 10 times better than a progressive.

but that what i told him it could be, but it wasnt a freak imp. he ordered it off of actionvillage and itwas a regular impulse paid 275 for it

They might just be doing that so people will buy them and they have extra freaks (just a guess)

dno, but i wouldnt complain. i have a freak and i love it. however, may i suggest getting a .689 or .687 . those seem to work the best for me. and i agree, 10 times better.

yeah he got an .689 insert for it and it shoots awesome. im thinking of getting one for my B2K.

Little off topic but i found a Stiffi worked WAY better on my b2k then a freak barrel system.
