how do i remove a loctite seal on a bottom line hose??

put it in a vise. get the proper sized wrench (not an adjustable)... and unscrew it.
Be gentle but firm.

Too prevent rounding off you might want to put something soft like a rag between the wrench and fastener. Do the same for the vise.

other than that, boil some water. sit the part in the water for a minute or so. this will loosen the loctite. you shoukld be able to get it apart with ease.
