power tube/front bolt

Does anyone know if the psycho ballistics front bolt and power tube upgrade is any good and if it will work for the 98 custom as well.

I highly recommend that you do not modify the core internals.

Agreed. You don't need to oil the stock front bolt, it's lighter than metal internals. You may think that it is metal, so it will last longer, but the internals are all very durable, if maintained correctly.
Anyway, none of the internals need replacement, unless of course you get something like the RT or electro kit.
