New piantball gun idea

i am a woodsball player and i went to my friends house he lives at a national guard base. they have a urban conbat traning area. they use a special tipe of paintball gun unlike anything out there the gun was a modified m16. when we went to the training area there were bullet shells on the ground. i examend the shells in the place were the paintball should have bean there was a pintball that used gun powder but a very small amount so it shot about 325 fps. later i asked my friends dad about the paintball bullet things he said they used them because they were the most acurate simulation of actual conbat they could get. i thought why don,t woodsball players use them they are cheaper than paintballs and it's easy to make it so the paintballguns could not be modified into a real gun so why don't paintballers use them?

Lots of people use the realistic Sim guns. Like the AKs and M4s that have the CO2 canister in the stock and that have clip fed, smaller sized paintballs. The reason you dont see those guns very often is because they are expensive and most people are speedballers who dont need that stuff, but its mostly because they are expensive, hard to find, and in some places, illegal.

they are some kind of solidish gel. my dad has trained with them before, they hurt bad enough that most wear bullte-proof vests, enough to bring tears to your eyes.

I wouldn't mind seeing such cool firearms, but that would be exceptionally expensive and I don't mind paintball guns being an original design.

I used to play battle scenarios with assault rifles a few months ago. Fell out of it, when my best friend had a baby, and dropped out, and that got me back into paintball... anyways...

Local SWAT uses the same scenario field I used, and we usually ran into them, while they were playing around. We goofed around with them, tried thier guns, and took a hit from the sim-paint shells. You NEED the body armor for them. even at only 325fps, they are nuts. They leave welt through the vest.
