Yo guys.

Just wondering about using sights (namely the ADCO SURE SHOT) with a flatline barrel.
I know the flatline shroud is plastic, and that the dovetails on the shroud work with the sight, but i'm wondering if the sights ever come OFF.....
what i mean is, do you guys ever run into problems with the shroud getting deformed or bent, and the sight just falls off?

I heard something about a METAL shroud, but i havn't seen/heard any more about it. do they exist? how much more would they cost? how much heavier? (not that THAT matters much)

feedback and info would be appreciated. have a good one.

k, i have the flatline. DONT get a sight with it, its a bad idea. trust me, its hard to explain why not to, but the flatline doesnt have a regular paintball flight path, it dips down and then flies up, its extremely difficult to get a accurate site for the flatline.

and, what the hell are you doing with your shroud on?? TAKE IT OFF. its way easier to adjust your barrel, field squeegee it, and makes it lower profile. do yourself a favor, and play without the shroud

Sights on a Flatline are a bad Idea. I have had mine for about 1/2 a year now. The reason being flatlines pattern very differently at different distances. At close ranges the ball will travel strait out of the barrel then curve up as it picks up speed. Giving great range, but accuracy at close rang isn't the greatest.
