decent balls

I have a MR2 and sometimes the balls bust. Its not the hopper b/c its a halo b and i doubt that its the gun b/c i heard its too good for that. Now im starting to think that im just using **** for balls. Any one kno good balls for the MR2 but nothing too pricey b/c iv seen that balls actually get exspensive. Or no another reason for the chopped balls, maybe velocity?

well you could be chopping but you said you think you arent but then again it could be a barrel break where the balls are just breaking inside the barrel which could be because the balls are too big or something

First, what paint are you shooting at the moment? Second, as long as your shooting under 300 fps it shouldn't be a problem. Last, have you looked at the inside of your barrel? If you're using a multipiece barrel make sure the halves are lining up correctly and take a look down the inside and look for any burrs too.

Get some zap chronic it is really nice paint. It won't break in your marker. Check for any sharp spots on your bolt and barrel. Try shooting with a different barrel (it shouldn't be that hard to find another spyder threaded barrel) and chronograph your marker to like 280fps.

nah, cant be the barrel b/c i just got a brand new J&J 14''. but idk what kind of paint im using, they are just in a clear bag and its like 8 bucks for 500 balls. i get them at the local shop... theres like only two paintball stores here. the next best palce would be walmart. i work there :)

yea thats not good paint. 32 bucks a case at a local shop is really bad. You should try to spend about 35-40 a case atleast. Usually in that range you will get some good paint. Zap Chronic hasn't been sold in walmart that I know of (but someone said that a walmart was selling draxxus) so they could vary depending on where you are. Chronic runs about 42-45 a case and its some of the nicest paint I have shot. And the fill is as thick as toothpast so its really hard to wipe.
