click the "User CP" on the tool bar above you post.

then click "Edit Signature" on the left tool bar.

Enter your signature into the editor and when you're done click "Save Signature"

Just a note, we generally ask that members keep signatures to around 10 lines and avoid excessive amounts of emoticons, bright text and use font sizes that are appropriate for the text.
