HORNETS NEST PAINTBALL & CRAZYPAINT PRESENT
ASSAULT ON COLDITZ CASTLE
One of the major “castles” involved in the war was Colditz prison, though never directly involved
in Combat its presence is wildly known, as the inescapable fortress that “problematic allied
officers” managed to get out of on many occasions (though mostly caught afterwards to escape
again and again).
The Assault
1943
During Routine Sabotage Hit & Run mission SAS Commander David Stirling Was captured by
Italian forces and moved to Colditz Prison facility in eastern Germany.
Bill Stirling issued a top secret assault on Colditz for a standard by the book, glider insertion
combat ground assault rescue of his brother; this special assignment will go unrecorded even if
its success becomes apparent, if the SAS Fail in their rescue remaining forces are to withdraw to
Predetermined extraction points as civilians across Russian borders if necessary.
British SAS troops have landed and inserted into the town of Colditz, successfully cut the
communications for the castle; and captured an SS Intelligence officer;this bold move on the SAS
places them in a bargaining situation with the German soldiers stationed at Colditz castle, as no
formal commander is on duty, the axis troops are in a scuttle to prepare defenses against the
SAS platoon.
Combat operation.
Axis -Germans – hold Colditz Castle
Primary Objectives
Hold David Stirling Hostage,
Split the defense to assault the town of Colditz
And Retrieve the captured intelligence officer, and radio in for backup
The officer must be brought back to the inside of Castle Colditz.

Primary Objectives
Reach the castle and Extract
David Stirling leader of the SAS just transferred here to Colditz
There can be unknown hostages which can also be rescued.
Split Assault forces and defend the town from counter attack stop the rescue of the Axis Intel
officer or the Germans may gain a foot hold and completely wipe us out.
David Stirling Must be brought to the church in the town of Colditz for extraction.

Secondary objectives – Both Teams
Ammo Crates – are scattered around from the rough SAS glider drop either team can collect
them and for free Ammo (written inside) at the pro-shop.
