clamping feedneck if you have a halo or some other type of force-fed loader...maybe a reg as well

Make sure you have at least an Egg, then get a new regulator as stock ICD regs aren't the greatest, a clamping feedneck, and a drop if you like them.

agreed. after a new barrel, a Halo or Reloader B, clamping feedneck and inline are great upgrades. once those three are taken care of, move on to a new valve or new board.

Go for a Halo B and a new barrel such as a CP Classic. After that, get an AKA SCM3 LPR and an AKA Sidewinder regulator and you will be set.

low pressure regulator...shouldn't be needed for a b2k4 unless you have lots of extra $$ you feel like spending

^I agree. with an aftermarket inline and stock LPR I get great consistency and no shootdown, and the stock LPR has never given me trouble in the 3 years I've had the gun. Now I'm not saying an aftermarket LPR wont help your gun, it will. but for the price and the performance increase that you get, it should be one of the last upgrades you get. the inline, board, and valve are more important IMO.

so your saying that i should get a new inline, but the lpr is fine the way it is

new hpr, new valve, bolt u can keep stock its fine, lpr no need. no need for a force feed hopper unless ur going to be using to b2k as a back player. i use a revvy and it perfectly fine for me as a front/snake.

this is my setup: b2k4 with a 14" aci phat, redz camlock, halo b with rip and a 32 degrees drop with a 72/3000
again im new to paintball, so what good is a new valve

opens up the airflow in your gun, allowing lower operating pressures. for the price, it will make a big difference to your gun. it is a good idea to buy a new inline first though to keep up with the higher flow an aftermarket valve offers.
looking at your setup, i would say you can go one of two routes, depending on what you want.
ramping is very important to most tourny players. if you want to play any regional tourny series that allows ramping, such as CFOA if you're in the southeast, I strongly recommend getting a ramp board with 15bps modes. NOX boards are great.
if you arent concerned about ramping, i would tell you to get a new inline first, then a new valve (or both at once if you want). for inline, try CP, macdev, AKA, palmer, or Evolve. for valve, try macdev, vaporworks, or zenitram. all three are great, get whichever you prefer after looking at them.

if ur new to pball dont bother with a new board. learn to play and appriciate ur bushy first. as lotus said, those valve are good. i have both a vapor and a macdev red valve. jsut remember when u put in a new valve dont over tighten the lug holding it in.
