ok if i got a crossfire low pressure tank for my ego will it have a fast enough recharge rate?

you should be, but if you dont feel safe, grab a pi, and you'll defenitly be set.

expansion chamber , they look like they doodie though. heard they are really good though.

It's a regulator, not an expansion chamber. Expansion chambers are only for use with CO2, and you don't use CO2 with an Ego.

Your Crossfire LP will definately be fine. When you read the manaul, there's a FAQ asking about LP tanks and Eclipse straight up said "use a Crossfire tank" if you're going to be using LP. I run a MacDev Legionair LP on my marker and I have no issues of shootdown - up to "spiked" 18bps.
