tes not recocking

my friends TES isn't recocking when he shoots, anyone know how to fix it?

heyas mugen. Try giving us a better description of what its doing, what it's not doing. also what kind of pressure he's running it at, what air system, the setup of the gun, mods he's done that might affect it, and stuff like that.
also, what have you checked, trying to fix it?
