what can i get for $500? (see me list please)

Hello and again im sorry to ask about gun questions...im a big noob.

-I want to buy like a "auto/electric" gun. Around $500, and umm like something that looks like an "M4A1 or AK47 or some sort of cool gun that you think"...

-I need it at "5bps or higher"

-I saw some lists like "BT Banshee (http://www.sgtsplattersstore.com/inc/sdetail/2942),BT BT4 Assault (http://www.sgtsplattersstore.com/inc/sdetail/2595) ,BT4 Iron Horse (http://www.sgtsplattersstore.com/inc/sdetail/2944) , RAP47, (armor tech company gun= wg-47 (war sensor), or some sniper type gun.

i wouldnt get a gun like that, and 5bps is really slow
get a super upped ion (17 bps with stock board) or something a little better than that

i thought 5bps was fast...anyways... ion i looked at it, it isnt so bad...thanks guys but i might get an sniper...(w/ short scope) around 300$ and i might get an ion...but not super charged:( ...

Before you get anything, decide If you normally play speedball or woodsball. If you play only woodsball, you can get those guns you asked about on your first post. If you play speedball, get an ion or promaster. If you play both, get an ion or promaster.

What about the SP-8. It has the Ion speed and stuff, but has a Stock and looks like a real gun. Scopes dont look too bad on it...

Before you get into paintball note: There are no snipers in paintball. Paintballs arent accurate enough to hit somone with a scope. Id say get the Ion (100$ cheaper than SP-8), get a carbon fiber 68/4500 Crossfire tank, a QEV, and maybe a barrel.

wait thats not true...i seen people have a sniper w/ a scope...they hit me from far away... (sgt. splatters)

And if you are ontp the whole scenario thing. You can just buy an Ion and get a Razor kit from SPecops for the Ion.

fixed. please understand that there is no "one hit one kill' in paintball, its just simply impossible. and if there was a person that hit another with a scope from far away it was totally pot luck. Chances of it happening is about 1/1000 (im assuming that far away is like 200 feet). And even if they did, it bounced, no question. Paintball isnt a war game, it uses tactics and manuvers and stategy to win, not luck.

Thread Hijack, but What are you talking about it not using any luck. If you shoot at someone and since paintballs dont go perfectly straight, like you said, its luck that one hits someone. When someone shoots at you, if it bounces, thats luck. A stretch of luck, but still luck...

Well, if you like the ion and are going for the senario look, than I would suggest the SP8. It's an ion with a different body and trigger reallly.

Blowback over EP. No thanks. Only thing BBs have over EPs IMO is that BBs dont break down as much...
