Did you put the spring stack back into the Gladiator properly? Are all three o-rings set up on the brass ram properly? Sometimes that o-ring at the very back can give you problems. Also, did you put everything back into place properly? Lpr, spacer, spring, poppet valve, any little thing that's out of whack could cause a problem.
Also, is your macroline cut straight and in the fittins properly? Your ASA installed right and the plug sealed with loctite 242 and the elbow is secure?

Ok i checked everything again and the HPR sping spacer things where out of order i put them together and checked the ram and LPR again all was in order. I aired it up and got the HPR to 200 no leaks but not enough lpr pressure to cycle.
So the problem now is that if I increase the LPR at all it will leak. from what seems like front part of the marker.
Could it be the valve? because I never even took that thing out.

Okay, I talked to Jim personally on the phone about this. He said to check the ram o-rings first to make sure they're not damaged, the floating one, the one at the base, and the small one at the very end. If it's not that, check the ram housing o-rings. If they catch on the threads you can shread them putting it back into the back of the gun and it'll cause a leak issue.
Worst case scenerio, very unlikely though I'm told, it's the noid. But only 3 of 2000 noids came back with factory problems; not user issues. Second, the valve in the lpr is stuck open somehow and it's bad. These two issues are highly highly highly unlikely though. PBK gets all the Cyborgs that enter the US and they test them to make sure they work.
So, check your o-rings on the ram and the ram housing. Check your lpr o-rings and make sure everything in the lpr is put in correctly. Then try airing it up. If you still have a leak, send it in to PBK. They are leaving for Skirmish today though for the Normandy game though so it may take a bit longer to get back to you, I'm not sure when they're coming back.
And you're turning the lpr and hpr screw in properly, right? Screw OUT on the Gladiator to increase pressure, turning in SMALL increments as a full turn will result in going from 200 psi to 400+ psi very easilly. And screw IN the lpr in SMALL increments as well.

ok it doesnt leak anymore, its just that I turn the LPR higher and Higher and no air exits the valve and if i turn the LPR high enough it makes a bubble booping sound. Thanks for your help Im getting closer. Im trying to contact PBK right now, but i guess they left already because no one is picking up.

ok guys good news, I got feed up and i tried again i have my HPR at 200 and I figured if I turned up my LPR too high the noid would let it out safely. So I kept turning up my LPR untill it got shot like it normally was at last week when it was at 230 (I have no chrono, so Im guessing by its range). My problem was I was scared of turning the LPR too high but it seems fine. The LPR screw is a tiny bit out from being flush i think thats ok right? If i have any more problems I will be sure to hit you guys up, thanks again and sorry for being such an idoit, I'm just having nightmares about my bushmaster *shudders*

Mine is a bit out from flush as well, that's more then fine. And if it's cycling that good but the noid won't vent the air if too much goes in, if the noid is releasing air that means it's been blown.
So if you're lpr screw is near flush with the lpr body and your hpr is around 200 or so, don't go above 225, and you're cycling and shooting fine you should be good.

That I do. I'm at like 45 now and my hpr around 220. I like to have the softer touch on the ball to make it smoother. Was in triple shot ramp in dry fire, got it going and there was hardly any lift in the barrel which is awesome.

well, you also have a number of aftermarket parts. its safe to have your HPR that high? and wont increaseing dwell put a kiss on the ball as well?

I'm kind of on the edge honestly with my hpr that high. I may have to turn my lpr up a touch if it gets to high.

sorry for bring in up an old topic but i couldn't help it
220 is on edge?? why does everyone say that over 200 is bad ,fragtek ran their 04s on 250 as far as i remember and even if you run it on 300 the only problem you would have is crappy efficency wouldn't you?
