Outlaw is basically playing on a unregulated field, a.k.a YOUR BACK YARD.

No! It could also be woods that no one goes to (be very sure no-one goes to them), which is the most popular type of "non-commercial" paintball.
Its basically an unlisenced field. yOU MAKE THE RULES WHICH also determine how many people you can use. Space is also a factor.
