Hey i bought a T1 in a deal and the guy that i bought it from says that he sent the stock ASA (I think he may mean vertical adapter) away to mod it to fit Timmy LPRs. I'm just wondering what exactly it is that he would have sent away to get modded. And if he is talking about the vertical adapter is a T1 vertical adapter the same as any old spyder VA but with a little hole for the LPR hose to run through? Thx alot if you can help.

well the stock drop forward asa was threaded in a funky metric sized thread that would not accept standard fittings. so he may have sent that out to try to get it re-threaded in standard size threads.
as far as them being like a spyder v/a, I don't know. I know that they are much higher flowing than a spyder v/a, and have a groove cut in them for the hose. I know that they have to have an adapter for certain types of lpr's to work on them, like the Micro Rock.

I have a spare spyder va that fits my t1 lpr. The ports are too small, but it could be bored out. Lmk via pm if you're interested.

inside the VA, right above where the tank screws in is a pair of holes. Spyder uses a different sized set of holes in their VA than Dragun does. Smaller. The bigger those holes are, the more air can get thru. Dragun makes theirs bigger, to let more air thru.
But like Agitator said, they can be drilled out to be bigger.
edit- uh....wait a sec. does that spyder va have the valve in it for the lpr? The valve I mean is the valve stem valve from a tire. If it doesnt, then no...it's not gonna work :(
