Whats the advantage of two piece barrels over one?

Thats the name of the question. Why are two piece barrels cost so much more than one piece barrels? What makes them abfab?

some barrels have a slightly different bore size in the front so i you break a ball in the barrel, the paint sticks to the sides of the end piece and your ball passes through with less resistence. And thy have different colors, front and back, to make them look cooler. I think there's some more stuff.

well first of all the two pice is very modifieable. if you have two guns you can use the same set of barels and have two different back. Ie an angel threded back, and a cocker threded back. You can have a few length barels. like a speed ball and a regular one. or different bore sizes alot of things
