I was thinking about getting the so I can pimp out my cocker because I am scared s#!tless to take it apart.

I have it. Its basically just Bud Orr showing you how to strip your cocker and put it back together. If you need help, you will probably want to get it.

Does it actually show you how to make any upgrades like trigger jobs and such? Or does it just get you confident with taking apart your gun, and thus making it easier to upgrade by yourself?

Thats it. Like I said, its just Bud taking a stock cocker apart and then putting it back together. I have no idea why they call it Autococker "Trix".
