Sure, last person standing winds. It's actually really really fun. Snap shooting 1v1 is an excelent way to hone your skills for larger games
A fun 1 on 1 game I played was called "duel" or "one shot".
Basically, you and your opponent go on the field with a regular semi-auto paintgun, without the hopper. Then you each grab a handfull of paintballs that you can comfortably carry.
Then its game on.. first one to get hit is out. This game is hilarious.. many people take too many paintballs and either can't load fast enough or drop their entire handfull.. really fun to watch.

Well I went today and had a great time. The best game I found is below, it goes quick and is fun:
Find a kinda wide road in the forest with a hairpin (sharp turn, like a big U) where you can't see off the road.
Then have one person star up the road and one person down the road. It is fun because if you get a really sharp turn like we had you can't see if someone is waiting for you around the turn.
My brother waited up the road, and after I got around the turn he started to fire at me. I waited for a minute and then ran across the road to the other side firing so he would jump back and couldn't get a good angle on me. Then I was way to close (within 15 ft) and since we didn't fell like killing each other I backed off some.
I was behind a huge fern bush and he turned his gun upside down and dry fired a bunch thinking it would get my head down. But when he jumped out I shot between his legs. He hid again and the next time he jumped out I shot him.
It was a lot of fun and I am going next Sat. and sun. to do it again
