View Full Version : Quick Question
Ok i started a somewhat similar topic to this but I have a new question about it ;)
Right now i've got a Spyder Victor I(hehe, classics baby, no Victor II for me :D) and I'm wondering if i should first train myself up to the point that I am able to "Compete" with all those good ole Ion players as well as i can before getting a better gun?
or should i go ahead and upgrade now? i'm a back player if it makes any difference
lol, and the Willcor252 guy that posted the thread asking about upgrades for his Pilot ACS is actually my best bud that i play with over at Diehard Paintball....any of you goons play there as well?

An Ion will suit you better, and will probably be more relaible, efficient, consistent, etc. than your Victor.
I would wait until later just because if your Victor is working properly, and Ions will be even cheaper, what's the point of waisting money on a gun if your current gun already works.
while i know Ions are the **** and all...im big on non-conformity :D (and no im not trying to flame the Ion, i just dont enjoy going against the tide) so i'm not the most eager to have an Ion, and right now im trying to save up to get a high-ish end gun like an AutoCocker or an Indian Creek, and being a young lad(im 15) i cant exactly just up and buy a gun on a whim unfortunately
and currently my family has to pay for two house payments until our first house is sold so we're kinda pinching pennies right now, so i was just asking this question for future reference

I do. Im 15... Get a Job ye Lazy Bum. Sell old stuff... Whore yourself out to 500 fat chicks for $100 apeice. Or 50 REALLY Fat chicks for $1000 a peice.
you really like Family Guy dont you? and all the places that i could apply for a job here require a year of Highschool experience, which i havent had yet
but ill probably start reffing at diehard soon and get paid in paint there so i can concentrate more on saving up for a new gun eventually

im trying to save up to get a high-ish end gun like an AutoCocker or an Indian Creek
Unless you are talking about the Freestyle, ICD doesn't make any high-end markers. The best bang for your buck would be the Ion. If you want something different, get a Wrath LTD or ICD Promaster.
ok i get what you guys mean by what gun to get, but thats not what im trying to ask...
should i get the new gun ASAP or get better with my current gun first?
