question on bore sizes?

hi im going to buy a cp one piece barrel what bore size will be most accurate in long and short range shooting and what difference dose the bore sizes make? the sizes i need to choose from are-
0.685
0.689
0.693

Proper paint/barrel bore match is key, so you will want to pick a bore that closely matches the paint you use. .689 is the one I used to have, and it fit well with just about any paint. I would go with that size.

I have two 689s and they work fine with every paint I have ever used. Thats the one I recommend.

Well it really depends on what kind of paint you are using. If you use a .695 paint, a .693 barrel would be better than a .689. I use a .689 as I know a lot of people do, and it works perfectly for me.
