ok my old bushamsteer is leaking down the barrel.....it has a after market high flow valve which i doubt is the problem due to i can shoot the gun and it still leak and ive never hade a problem with the cupseal and the valve and tophat are in perfect condiction....do i mabe need to lube the pin? could the stock lpr be leaking air and not sealing up all the way? .....i need some help cuz we havea tourney aug 20th and we need some pratice and can't with a broken gun.
i am experanced with bushmasters but this one just puzzled me i can't fin the reason....both regs lubed with white lithium grease always cleaned and lubed after use.

A leak down the barrel is either the o-ring on the valve or cup seal. There is no other way for air to get down the barrel. Was there anything done in or around the valve right before the leak started?
Check that the set screw is in place and isn't overtightened causing the valve to be out of position.
Make sure the valve o-rings are not cut and are right size.
Make sure valve is not in backwards.
Check the machined surface on the valve where cup seal sits, is not dirty or damaged.
Lastly make sure you have the correct cup seal for the valve. Replace it if everything else is OK.

the cupseal/valve have no lube on them i lubedthen when i first got it could thta be the reason when u oush the bolt forward with out gas u can feel the pin scraping the valve pretty hard like it needs to be lubed again....could this be the problem....and white lithium grease i was told fro ma proshop works good on these kind of markers right?

lube the cupseal, this is one area where you can be more liberal in the amount of lube you use (I mean area of paintball... :P) i lube the cupseal on my bushy quite often compared to the regs, etc. usually everytime I play. white lithium grease will work fine, just check the ingredients and make sure petroleum isnt in it, i have heard of a few instances of ppl buying white lithium grease and then finding out there was petroleum in it, but usually there isnt any.
