Its slang for "Homosexual" or "queen". Basically, its people who where goofy clothes and bring fashion into paintball. You ever notice people with pink HK stickers on their gear and Gucci products or LV products on the field? Theyre called agg, which is closely related to the word "***".

Its supposed to mean cool, but its over played now and the little kiddies ruined it. Sorry HK, you got ownd by the little kids :( Some older ballers remember when it meant cool, ask them what those days were like.

AGG sounds like it would be the sound a duck would make if you squeezed it. I bet one day, a duck walked onto a field and a really well dressed and cool player accidentally stepped on it while running around on the field and it went, "AGG!" and some other guy said, "That was real AGG!" and it stuck.
