id take the cp classic as its a good quality barrel for the price.can never go wrong with cp.

Whichever one you think looks better and/or is cheaper. Seriously CP and Proto are pretty evenly matched.

They're both great barrels, as slaminator said, you won't find much of a performance difference.

This is a toss-up. I doubt you would notice any difference between them.
