can anyone recommend some paintballs that work well with a JJ ceramic?

Check to get some paintballs that are consistently the correct bore size for your barrel. (The balls shouldn't fall through the barrel, but they should come out fairly easily if you blow on it...)

Just match up the barrel and paintball bore sizes.
J&J Ceramics are good barrels
Good paintballs are X-ball, PMI Premium, Most stuff by RPS, DraXuS Midnight. Other stuff by PMI, Diablo, and DraXuS

Yes. Look at the reviews, they have a section in each review telling which barrels are reccomended.

El Tiger and Evil paint is also good, worked good for me when i had my J&J
