Does a regulator do this?

I know they keep your shots consistant, but say you have a 12oz tank and its almost empty. Will the regulator keep the shots the same fps as the 5th shot you took at the beginning of the game?

In other words: full tank-250 fps....almost empty tank-250fps. Will a regulator do that?

yes....until you have so little left that the pressure in the co2 tank drops below what ever you have your regulator set at to get that 250 fps....
