It's tough to say for sure without a picture of the front, but my initial response was that the FLatty should work with that shroud.

It looks like it should but you might want to try to contact OpsGear and ask them.

Doubt it, The flatline replaces the whole Barrel adapterand that makes it almost flush with trhe gun

However the space provided on the fornt end of this shroud appears to be very close to the needed Flatline clearance.
