You can switch barrel backs to different sized bores so you can get a better fit on you paint with most of them. If you buy a 2 piece that doesn't have different sized bores then its still cheaper and easier to switch one barrel from marker to marker (with different barrel threads) because you only have to buy the back section of the barrel.

You can switch in and out different bore sizes and threads, instead of buying multiple 1 Piece barrels of each bore and thread.
