13 BPS max?

is 13 BPS the max for impys or can they go faster with semi?

the board limit for vision in 19.5/sec

i have seen very few people that can even aproch these times

Last week I hit 16 bps over a chrono. They take the average of three balls so at least three balls came out over the chrono at 16 bps. I gennerally average around 12 or 13 with out chopping with my warp.
