Alright, I'm trying to remove the venturi from my bolt but with no prevail as I dont have thin enough needle noes pliers...I was wondering if I could just drill a big hole through the venturi to increase the airflow? Thanks for the help.

Buy new plyers that are thinner or you could just grind down the sides of your current plyers.

Get two long nails and put them in the spaces of the venturi opposite each other. Then take your pliers and grasp both of them and unscrew it. That's how I did mine.

Did you have to heat the venturi before you took it out? Can you please like give more detail about what you did please? thanks a lot i really appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure I did. I just took off the o-rings, put a lighter up to the middle of the bolt and heated it up a little. I wish I still had my xtra to take pictures to help you.

You see how there's spaces left when the venturi is screwed in? Just stick a nail through one of them and another opposite to that and unscrew. If it doesn't come out easy heat up the bolt. That's the best I can explain it right now.

I had no trouble at all when I had my X-tra. I just pulled it out.

Yes
If you can't do the nail trick, you could buy some new pliers. I just got new pliers and it cost me $2. Also, yes, heat up the bolt (put a flame throught the air hole on the side, but first take off the O-rings)
