#1: Get a good barrel, Bigshot, Aradus, J&J2piece all come to mind, there a quite a few more.
#2: Find paint that fits your barrel.
#3: Find a velocity that it high enough to shoot the ball straight and far, while at the same time minimizing curving. You just gotta tinker around.

Best accuracy requires a few things. There's many factors.

I'll tell the 2 main ones. 1) Good paint to barrel match. I mean very good. Where the paint and barrel were made for each other. And 2) a very consistent airflow.

By number 2, what happens with that is the closer the velocity spikes are, the closer the groupings of paint will be. Because if the first shot is 275, it'll go. But at 285, it will be higher from the first shot. Then if it is 265 it will be lower than the first shot. So having consistent high air flow is a big key to tight groupings.

What Meph is TRYING to say is get an expansion chamber to help regulate your air flow for a more consistent shot.

Actually no, an expansion chamber only allows liquid CO2 room to expand. It does absolutely nothing to regulate the gas.

For CO2 use with a regulator, the Palmer Stabilizer is your best choice. However, if using a regulator, it's recommended the use of a remote or anti-siphon.
[note: NEVER use both remote and anti-siphon, because it'll reverse the effect and make it a siphon]

Remotes involve the CO2 travelling through a long hose so they reduce the amount of liquid CO2 that makes it to the marker itself.

Get HPA or a Co2 tolerant regulator. Consistancy = accuracy.
