the best barrel?

i looking for the best barrel kit for under $100 for ion/impulse
i was looking at a pipe kits around $80 and wondering if theres something else thats better that i can get for under $100 new or used in good condition if theres something bettersomebody please let me know

I would throw the J&J Edge Elite kit as a very solid choice for a good price (under $80).

the empire twister is a good barrel. its one of very few, if no the only one, that's rifled in the inside (for those who dont no what that means, it means that instead of being straight on the inside, it has little grooves that go like a.... idk how to explain it... twirl around the inside of the barrel and give the ball backspin, not unlike the flatline, but the twister is only like 50-60 dollars
