are response trigger allowed at paintball fields? dumb question<< and how fast can a rt shoot

It depends some it is at some and it isn't at others. What a RT does is pretty much double your shots so one shot on the pull and one on the release of the trigger. so say you have a 98c w/ out the RT it can do about 6bps w/ one it'll do about 12bps maybe even a little more if you tweak it.

No, I'm pretty sure the Tippman response trigger bounces the trigger back each time you shoot, so that you don't need a heavy trigger spring and if you are able to sweet spot the trigger it will go full-auto. They are generally not field legal.
