View Full Version : ricochet or 12 vt i need help!!!!!!!

help !!! i need a new hopper i want either a ricochet for 60$ or a 12vt revolution with an x-board for 55$. please help me with this and if u recomend one hopper over another please give specific reasons . all help is highly appreciated thank u:)

My friend has a richochet and I bought a 12 volt revolution with the x-board. Let me put it this way. He widhes he would have got what I got. His richochet is brand new and it is still LOUD! My other friend has one and when his fell out of the elbow it chopped almost all of his paintballs. Go with the revvy it is cheaper and better IMHO....

thank u 4 ur opinion i will take it into consideration but u kno he could of just gotten a lemon i need more opinions first b4 i settle on any 1 thing

the old rickys were loud, and did have some problems with the feed neck, but the new models have been toughened up, and they have got quieter. get a new ricky, they are awesome

do a search, there has been soooo many of these comparisons, its getting old.

i prefer the ric, it feeds more consistantly since it spins with every shot fired rather than waiting for a gap in the feed tube like revvies. the ric is also lighter, has a smaller profile, timer, ball counter and better customer service than BE . . . i vote for the ric.

where can i get the new ric new version? and how many paintballs do these things hold?:confused:

im pretty sure that if you ordered a ricky, you would get a new one. the rickys hold about 180 paintballs

well theres a newer version coming at the end of the month, the AK. it doesnt have the lcd, but it gives u this little "window" thing on the side of the hopper, which is clear and lets u see how much paint u have left. and its cheaper.

Paddle wise, which ones better? Also what does the x-board do?

AK's have somewhat been let out, a local pro shop had them up at the seatle pan am tourney (last august) and he had colors (had some at the shop too, not sure if he still does). though i have not seen them in big stores like pbgear or others . . .
