On my E-Bolt, I needed to have the Dwell at Max or else it wouldnt go above like 200fps...

Unless you have problems, the stock settings are fine.

well i just took it out today, and i had a problem that i came across. sometimes it would only cocks half back when i shot fast, also it kept double firing.

I've been having the same problems...cept it works in the other modes, so idk.
