Dry firing impulse good/bad/dont matter???

I was just wandering if its bad to dry fire your impulse cause me and my friends were dry firing it at like 50-70 psi (with a VFF). Does that really affect the gun in any way???

as long as you keep the gun greased it wont matter.

Seems like when you dry fire it really wastes alot of air. But I don't think it has any negative effect on them.
