for a manual, go on www.icdpaintball.com, find the b2k manual, and print it out if you want or just bookmark the page.
here's a guide to lubing a b2k from the FAQ. http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=1970774#post1970774
to be a little more specific about the parts he talks about. the ram is the thing that sticks out the back of the gun right below the bolt. just unscrew it by hand. once its out, you have the hammer at the end of the ram, and the ram shaft (pretty self explanatory). the larger section which the shaft slides into is the ram housing. he refers to lubing the orings on it. also, the part of the ram that sticks out the back of the gun is the ram cap. the very end of the ram cap unscrews. careful, there is a spring in there. unscrew the back of the ram cap to lube the inside of the ram housing, as he explains. (BTW, i lube the inside of the ram housing when the ram is outside the gun, whereas he says to do it while its inside the gun. i find it easier when the ram is outside the gun)
dont worry about lubing the noid gasket at the moment.
to get to your valve cupseal, remove the LPR (the thing right under the barrel. unscrews by hand). behind it is a spring, and behind that is the valve pin, with the valve cup (hat looking thing) attached. lube the cupseal, which is on the valve cup and sits against the valve to seal it. the cupseal points in the opposite direction from the spring that you removed.
as he says, dont lube the ram shaft.
for lubing the regs, just take them apart, you will learn as you go, its easy. lube every o-ring and seal (lightly). i believe there are videos of how to dissasemble and lube them stickied in the ICD forum on PBN if you need more help.
edit: here ya go, i was bored so i found the link to the vids myself. they are on this page. http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=1495386
