View Full Version : Don't order from www.anythingxtreme.com .......ever

Usually I order my paintball equipment from actionvillage or orderpaintball.com. However, recently I found that neither had the gun I was looking to buy in stock, so I decided to order from anythingxtreme. The site did not list whether items were out-of-stock so I assumed this gun was in stock and I ordered. The next day I found that my order had been backordered- that was August 25th.

In the two weeks since then I've been waiting for them to ship my gun. They claimed that the backorder would only be a few days; they also claimed on their site: "If we know there will be a lengthy delay in obtaining a product, we will make it unorderable on the site."

Over the past two weeks I've tried calling several times each day and I've also tried contacting them over the internet. So far I've recieved no response and I'm begining to think they may have even forgotten my order. I can't even contact them to cancel my order (which is looking like the best option, if I cancel it and order from actionvillage- it will be shipped tommorow)

The bad thing is that my friend also had problems with this site. Last spring he ordered 2 paintball pistols and only recieved them after a few weeks and some heated phone conversations. Moral of the story: don't order from anythingxtreme.com ......ever. They are pretty much guaranteed to screw up your order or lie to you if its backordered. Right now they are 0 for 3 between my friend and I.

TL:DR- Ordered new gun 2 weeks ago and they still haven't even shipped it.

Well, I did have some trouble with anythingxtreme. For one, the lack of a real time inventory tracker is needed, as I had no idea my items I ordered were on back order, so I had to choose a different item. I decided to change the color of the mask I ordered and stuck with the headband. The headband was on back order and arrived about 6 days after I got my mask as promised.

I also had trouble with them, pretty much the same problem you have. I will never order from there again. after about 2 weeks i ended up just canceling my order and ordering from AV.

Gyah, sorry for cutting my post early, my comp screwed up
anywho, luckily I have a local field that is also a store with everything from 98c's to angels n such... of course im still on the 98c beginner level, but idc, transition from hardcore airsoft to softcore paintball is a hard one.

My friend put in an order and after 2 weeks still hadn't recieved it. And it really isn't a random site. I've seen advertising's of it alot of different places.

moral: buy locally.

The only paintball shop near me prices items at least 30% more than the average online price and they don't even fill nitro. Other than them, the only place with paintball stuff within 15 miles is Walmart. Unless the local paintball shop gets better prices, selection, and knowhow, internet ordering is my best option. I learned my lesson though- anythingxtreme FTL, actionvillage FTW

oh, you live in one of those places, sorry :o

i'd say try bradyspaintball.com or pbwarehouse.net sometime too.

but i suggest you wait 2-4 weeks+ more weeks

cuz they are lazy to ship.... cuz if you buy from them they have to ship it between 1-2months...MAX!....

so I assumed

Don't make a huge thread about something that's your fault.

Considering they never said it was in stock, it's your fault for not finding out the information you needed. I'm sure they weren't being lazy about shipping it, they have guys in the warehouse every day.

i'd say try bradyspaintball.com or pbwarehouse.net sometime too.Don't forget punisherspb.com. Me & my cousin have ordered from them several times.

I've ordered from anythingxtreme a couple times with no complications. But i most likely won't order from them again because, despite having a decent selection, they have nothing i want.
