Do you mean in game use or just a display operation? They've used it before, but I don't think they've actually used it in the plot line of any game. Rather just went out to an open area, fired, and came back.

I don't think it'd be necessarily safe to use it against other players, not when you consider the sheer volume of balls being fired. If a player were to step into a strem of paint, they'd be hit by dozens upon dozens of balls

Personally, I wouldn't want it to be used in a game of any kind. I seriously doubt that it would be possible to chrono it to a safe speed.

I think it's a pretty irresponsible creation. <- I'll revoke that statement if shown proof that it does indeed shoot under 300fps at all times.

Personally, I think Smart Parts, WGP, WDP, AGD, Kingman, and Brass Eagle should all make their own version of a super paintball cart. Then they could have a big competition with them, which would increase publicity for all (especially the winner).

Think about it, they could be judged on a race, obsticle course, accuracy, volume, and of course, the all out battle at the end. Kind of like a Robot Wars, only with paintball. (BTW, I prefer BattleBots, but they don't have the trials)

I bet kingman would make 20, market them and call them "the xtra" and the "SE" and "Flash" etc.. and paint them pretty colors and say each is totally different, and list differences like "the xtra has a gas through for grip, a better cocking bolt, and is green" and charge $3000 more for them....

I would like to see WDP... it would probably be something like the "ghost" in HALO (single person manned hovercrafts with a cannon in the front)
WDP could probably design something like that... knowing them, if they had money, they probably would too.
Brass eagle would be a tricycle with a talon on the front.
kingman would be a go-ped with a spyder em1
WGP's vehicle would probably stall all the time (short stroke), but perform really nice when it moves.

Why would it be impossible? I'm sure it can be chronoed. They all don't shoot at the same time, it's a chain gun. You chrono one, so that's all you'll need since they'll all be the same!

If you say it's irresponsible, you have the lay the burdon of proof with you, not ask for people to prove it isn't.
