Specopspaintball IP ban

Okay, I love the specops forums, but to my suprise when i got home today, I've been IP banned. Apparentley (got this from a source on another forum) i was hacked by a guy named ZIM. Can anyone give me the e-mail adress of the specops tech support so i can petiton to be un-banned? My screenname was Esgar. I don't know what this guy said, but i don't think it was anything like me. If anyone cares to, check my posts to see what i was like before (hacked sometime between now and last night). Contact Intercepter911 and ask him if i came across as anything like this guy.

A lot of other spec ops members on another paintball site I frequent have also been IP banned. The hacker has probably done it to everyone. I would wait until the site is back up and running to do anything about it, because they probably have their hands full right now.

Yup turns out this was the same guy who hacked another paintballing site and banned some members. Guess he hates paintball or something. Either way what he's doing is against the law and he'll probably be arrested and charged.

I tried to enter the Specops forums, and it says that I am IP banned too!
I am emailing their tech support right now.

It happens every now and they will get it up and running again soon. Nothing is hacker proof.

That banner is towards their online store.

SpecOps uses the InvisionFree software, which obvious by its name, is free. It is not as well made as the vB software is and because of that, there are many cracks to get through the security on their forums.

i don't understand why the you would get IP banned. If you were hacked, then whoever used your name would be using it from a different IP address. :|

oh well, i have never heard of that forum, and by the sound of it, i will prbably never go there

Yeah, i had the same problem... i assumed that somehow i got hacked too... but wasn't exactly sure... well that kinda sucks... i sent them an e-mail too... there shouldn't be any problems... (i hope)

Its not that you (or anyone) was actually banned, that message was just a side effect of the particular way they had to shut the site down for repair.

Only one thing. Its not anything like it. The little kid hacking the sites is probably safe behind his keyboard and doesn't have a care in the world. Its not like we can just go down to his house and shoot him with our paintball guns.
