No, that's auto-response. Rebound is Smart Parts' word for ramping.

Depending on how your board is setup, the ramping kicks in after a certain amount of shots at a certain rate of fire. For an example, my shocker is set to ramp at 15 BPS right now, meaning that once I pull the trigger at a certain rate (about 7 BPS) for a certain number of shots (3 on my gun) it will instead shoot at 15 BPS instead of the actual 5 I am walking it. Long story short, I walk the gun at 5 BPS, it actually shoots at 15 BPS.
