I need a new game plan

I flank the sides of the fields a lot but many of my players don't follow or can't keep up. They get shot leaving me alone and im usually the last guy, facing 4 others. Should I attack another way?

Keep going the way you are! You VS 4 other people will give you good experience! +++OR+++ dont go so fast and try to back up your other teammembers with flanking shots! go crossfire on them! Remember it is a TEAM!!
