I just wanted to ask.....

Can a person use Smart Parts Sleek Lubicant - Dow33 in a marker barrel?

I bought this stuff to lube my marker, but I noticed on the tube it also says can be used inside marker barrels....

So I was wondering if it's OK to do so, will this make the barrel internals more slick?... and has anyone out thier try this lube the barrel thing?

I use a Evil Driver Barrel... on my ION marker.

thanks....

No keep the lube out of your barrel. Lube inside your barrel will only cause drag, spin, and curve. The inside of your barrel is smooth enough that with the right sized paint it will be as close to frictionless as it can be.

They just say it can be used as a lube for a gimmick for the uninformed...such as 3 piece 30" sniper barrel.

Dow is great for most orings and bolts but make sure you only use it when the product calls specifally for its use. Bad things can happen when you use dow when you're not supposed to...ie: with some older delrin bolts the Dow will cause them swell and no longer fit in the gun.
