For those of you who are actually from IL, and or Close to Elk Grove Village. Action Village got broken into on saturday around 8PM I was there earlier in the day and my buddy was there today and said they had got broken into and someone stole about 3 G's worth of stuff, no guns but lots of masks and a ton of tanks and hoppers. Pretty crazy stuff, not cool, just thought Id throw that out there and see what people had to say about it...:pissed: :pissed: :pissed:

Maybe they knew a lot about paintball? Guns can be tracked but hoppers, masks, and tanks are much harder to track down.

they were just some punk teenagers, I guess there was like 6 of them my buddy was talking to them and he saw the survillance video they just ransacked the from store

Ah, so then they shouldn't have any trouble getting their equipment back then or atleast compensation for the equipment. I say all those teenagers should now work in sweat shops assembling JT masks til they're 21. lol

Does this mean that they will have a low inventory or does your friend expect them to re-stock quickly?

well apparently they just ransacked the front office store there not the warehouse but a lot of stuff got jacked.

That sucks. Didn't even know actionvillage was a REAL store. Thought it was just an online store. I'm glad to hear little small brained idiots with no organization skills jacked the store. Losing that warehouse full of stuff would've sucked!!!

yea that's my favorite website to buy pb stuff from. that blows. hope they catch those kids.

even though paintball gear costs so much, i dont think i'd ever rip off a company such as actionvillage. they are so good with customer service, and well just everything, even if there was a situation where i could take **** from them, and not get in trouble for it, i wouldnet do it. i respect any balla.

Did they get the stuff in the display cases also? Those Hybrid shells are really nice.
So that means there will be ALOT of really nice guns around. Because the only high-ends they don't keep on the display wall are Angels, wow.(Angels are sealed in packages.)

i hope those ppl get caught with 50 hoppers under their beds and have to do 10 hours of community service for each hopper and tank stolen lol.

Yeah. No it won't ruin the website or lower the stock of it, he said it was just from the actual store in Illinois.

I get there for all my stuff, its a shame that they would get robbed, actionvillage has lots of quality stuff.

well if they did jack up that display case with all those shells and stuff in there, they would have made a killing, what will probably happen is they will be selling **** on here through PBR or PBN or ebay or something like that. those lil punks should be stripped down and shot with ramping haha:D

that sucks, but then again it doesnt seem that hard, i mean theres those big windows in the front, and all the guns are on the wall right there, and right behind the counter is an open door to the offices, and beyond that you can see down the hall to the warehouse. All you really need to do is smash a window(most likely the glass door) and you are in.

it isnt reallt that much of a store, theres just a small one in the front of the offices/warehouse, and you give them the product number of whatever you want(they have computers on the site to check) and then they go get it from the warehouse, it takes 2-5 minutes for them to get the stuff. Theyve got a lot of guns on display, thats where i first came in contact with the sp-8, my current marker. Theres also a greg hasting tournament paintball kiosk.
