barrel and bore info

im looking at the OPSGEAR m4 14" barrel

is this a good barrel?

and what is the standard barrel bore size?
this m4 barrel says .688 - .689 i was wondering if this will work well with most paint

yep. paint and barrel forum. OR maybe u could look at the website for an answer. I dont truly know why, but i think they invented pbREVIEW.com because it sounded cool. Maybe not....:dodgy:
