Are the model 98 and 98 custom two different guns? If so, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each, and which is better?

they're basically the same, but the custom is more customizable (wow! the name fits!). So obviously, the custom is a little better.

And they cost exactly the same, only diff is that the Custom98 can take what is known as "Drop In" kits. Modifications you can do to your gun with only tools that you use to disassemble your gun. Pretty neat stuff :D

Want a reactive trigger? Slap it in... Want a double trigger? slap it in, etc...
