View Full Version : should I get a BT-4 ?

I found a deal for a BT-4 with an M-16 style barrel with APEX, stock, and an automatic trigger in good condition for $300. I was wondering if this is a good deal and a good gun.

From what I've seen, the Custom Pro is a better marker. Now, I haven't shot a BT personally, but the custom pro is arguably the best starting tippy out there. I would go Tippmann instead of B. Tippmann. Sure they both are basically the same internals, but the body of the custom pro seems more right in ones hands, then the BT-4.

Yea get a 98 custom or custom pro. They're cheaper and have more upgrades.

Custom Pro all the way. I know every aspect of my tippmann so pm if u want details, but trust me, like i said before, BT = BAD TIPPMANN. The CP comes with ACT, better egrip, and wayy better overall in looks, triggers, barrels, regulators, and such.

Yea the get the custom pro over the 98 custom, but don't get the a-5 it's not woth it.

that is like, the best gun of tippmanns, kingmans, bt's, be's, and any other bb gun or low end high enders (sometimes....IMO)

Go for a high end in that case then. The custom pro is arguably the best blowback you can buy.

And I still say all things BT are horrible…

I'd argue a vs is better than a custom pro but if you have a custom already then your just changing how it looks, you should buy ups

Yes I agree if you have custom pro now, you already havbe one of the best low-end mechs out. I would try looking in the higher end markers like the wrath, and promaster if you want better perfomance.
