hello all, I wish to change the colour of some parts of my 98c, specifically the rubber grips and the black front grip and possibly the elbow part for the hopper attachment, I will keep all metal parts as is, what is the best way to do this? is there a dye that woudl work best or a p[articular type of paint thast wont look tacky/cheep or will chip off over time,

any suggestions?

clearcoat?

and will spraypaint stay on very durably? I dont want it looking flaky or flaking off or anything and my markers take a LOT of abuse in the woods.

get dye sticky grips and an expansion chamber w/ a regulator (CP Shorty Reg. for color.) or an Evil Detonator Reg. and ur set to go. ALSO, does anyone know of any grips that allow u to change modes easily? The stock grip u have to take apart them to change modes in a custom pro w/ an ape rampage board, and it looks like the hybrid grips are the only ones that would allow that, but i heard they peel off......any help?>

You can buy clear ones so you can see the paintballs go in if you wantand you probably could just spray paint the elbow it's just plastic.
You can get dye sticky grips in green

A field owner then? I've seen plenty of 98C's with spray painted grips that lasted pretty well. A layer of clear coat (sealant) over that would make it even better.

something like that, I have a field i have been using for a few years now and i rent out all my old guns and equipment to people at cost but i wanna buy a dozen 98s and use those instead for everyone will make much better games and less time fixing guns all the time, but i want mine to be noticably mine so they dont get confused when other people bring tippmanns so i want it to be bvery noticable whos is whos but not tacky :P
