What is a good mid-range barrel?

I'm looking for a mid-ranged (around $50) barrel for my Rebel LE - it uses spyder barrels. I want a barrel with good accuracy that is decently quiet.

j&j, by far the best barrel under 50 bucks, maybe even under a 100, assuming u cant find the bomstick for that much. 39.99 at 888paintball.com
