What brand and model of hopper should i get? ive been thinking about an empire b2. 3. this is the question i need the most help with. Its about the airtank. What the difference between high pressure and low pressure and what should i get because i dont want to buy the wrong pressure tank.Ive looked at the cross fire tanks and the empire tanks but if u have any other recomendations it would be really nice. If your looking into your first high end marker I wouldn't reccomend starting with an Angel 1, a 1200 dollar marker. I would look into the Dangerous Power Fusion and the new Minimag.

An Empire B2 is a very good choice, you should also look into the new Vlocity Jr's coming out pretty soon.

3. this is the question i need the most help with. Its about the airtank. Crossfire tanks are usually the best, sturdy tanks. You should also look into Centerflag and Macdev if you wish. Low pressure and high pressure tanks work on different markers. It usually depends on the marker your getting but it is usually Low Pressure which means it operates at a low pressure with lower PSI rates.

well for a hopper a eggyIII would be excellent, then for your gun there are alot of choices in that ctaecory without narrowing them down. what is your budget? also hp tanks and lp tanks are important you get the right type for your gun. it all depends on what type of gun you get.

Whatever gun you want you should test it first ask some one at the field ware you play. hopper Halo w/rip drive and speed feed. air crossfire or dye trottle 68/4.5kpsi

all guns are good few are great !i have pm5 ,micromag,98cust,a-5 ,ion ,impuls,shocker,and A( 05 ANGEL SPEED) i am afield owner and player + teck DON'T waist time or money get angel any model yu like yu will be glad you did. make sure your tank is low pressure it will work on all guns.

the point im trying to make is that first you get good, then you buy a good gun.

players shouldn't be using the ability to lay down ropes of paint as a crutch, it should be a tool.

and he said that he has 1 year pb experience, so hes obviously not pro.

so he should get a half decent gun, and just spend the rest going paintballing every weekend until he is good enough.

I second that. I've been 'in' the sport for over six years now, went once in HS Junior year, once in HS Senior year, twice in second year in college, twice last year, and i've gone once a month for the past two or three months. I suck, and I know it. My problem is (as you can see) I've not gone paintballing consistently and haven't gotten good consistent practice. I'm trying to go at least once a month now (it's expensive, especially if you're a college student). I've had a Spyder Victor I for those six year and the only place where it fails me is that I still have a gravity-fed hopper. Other than that, I know that I don't outskill my marker.

Anyway, my point is that the best money you can spend is on paint and field fees. But since you'll only be able to buy one gun and are planning on making it last five years, I'd also suggest getting a good midrange marker (i.e. Ion, Wrath LTD, or Promaster), electronic hopper, and an HPA tank. Up's seem like the way to go for you. The only thing I'd suggest is that you slowly up your marker, making sure that it's the marker that's holding you back, and not something you want cuz' it'd sound cool to be able to shoot 20+ bps, while not being able to make those balls count.

with that much cash basically you can get whatever you want. your best bet is gonna be to just go down to your local field and try out a bunch of the markers suggested here then choose what feels right for you and talk to those people about why they like or dislike their marker.
