I'd keep the Mokal, the rainmaker's a good gun, but I wouldnt trade it for a fokus unless I was a tinkerer. Simple as that. The rainmaker needs some performance-enhancing upgrades for it to stay together for more than a couple weeks. If you have your heart set on a RM, you can get one for 200 bucks at www.generalsway.com (http://www.generalsway.com) and keep the Mokal as a backup.

Um, no.

The only thing you'll need is paint and air.

and i still cant figure out why thee rainmaker has a 9.0 on the reviews its a pice of electro ****

ummm, what else do you put through your gun everyweek besides paint and air?,i know every 3 weeks i shoot oil through the valve, but between that i just put air on my guns, then put paint in and thats usually all thats needed:rolleyes:

do you have any experience witht he rainmaker to state that it is a piece of crap(even if you dont we all know you will say yes to validate your point),what on it is ****ty?,the ncie sweet trigger?,the simulated closed bolt action?,what?

_cocker_lover_ : Some reason you deleted your post? Don't flame if you're not going to stand behind it.

If youre using co2 your gonna need to take good care of it, or you will have major problems. My friends RM leaks like crazy, but he never oiled it, or cleaned it out. Just keep that in mind. its a good gun!

I have owned two Rainmakers and they haven't been my favorite guns but I did enjoy the three shot burts and beause of their sound everyone knew who was shooting at them. I would put a regulator on it if you get one.

The only reason the RM has a 9.0 on the review section is because all the "bad" reviews were delted. Anyways the RM is an ok gun. But now since it doen't have modes of fire it is basiclly a cheap knock off coacker. But on the other hand it is an "ok" preformer. Get an EM1 they ar like 250$ most places and are really great guns. And yes people they are better than rainmakers. I mean you have to take into consideration you need nitro for probebly the Em1 and maybe not the rainmaker.

just guessing ya meant cocker,it is in no way a knock off of the cocker, only similarities is they both have shrouds and they take the same barrels, thats all.,and on a RM if useing the stock reg it is recomended to use nitro, but both the em1 and rm can function on co2,but just because you can co2 on one gun but another needs nitro makes the one that needs nitro only better?,some people have re worked the insides of angels to use co2,so does that amke the angels worse then a rt mag because the rt cant be reworked for co2?

No i was mearly saying that if he choices to buy an EM1 he needs nitro. But if he buys the rainmaker then he doesn't need nitro. That is something to consider.

i don't mean to be a scavenger but I would like a Rainmaker sort of a project gun. I already have an extremely nice autococker and i would like to mess around with some brass eagle and try to make a desent marker. If you have a Rainmaker and you would like to sell to me, just lemme know. I would prefer electronic Personal Message or e-mail
